Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1) Cancellations and/or changes made to this Agreement must be submitted in writing to the Owner. No oral changes will be valid.

2) If the event should be cancelled more than 30 days before the event start date, a refund of 50% of the deposit/payment shall be made.

3) If the event should be cancelled less than 30 days before the event start date, no refund of the deposit/payment shall be made.
