Hourly Rate: $40 (Mon - Thurs)
Daily rate: $400 (24-hrs Mon - Thurs)
Hourly Rate: $60 (*Fri - Sun)
Weekend Rate: $425 (24 - hours *Fri -Sun)
* Friday at 12:00 am — Sunday11:59 pm
Additional Fees
Cleaning Deposit: $100 (Refundable)
Key Deposit: $25 (Refundable)
Please ensure the venue is left clean and the key is returned safely to receive a full refund.
Decorating Services
Want help decorating? We’re happy to decorate your special event for $200.
Three Sisters can utilize your decorations or we can supply the decorations.
Three Sisters is pleased to announce that they now offer rentals of seat covers and back decor, tablecloths, and back drops.
Please contact Three Sisters to see all the decor we have to offer.
Kitchen Use:
Kitchen - use of all appliances included - $40.00
Kitchen - use of appliances NOT included - $15.00
Payments can be made at your convenience, but full payment is due at least 30 days before the date of the event. Full payment is due upon booking if booked less than 30 days before the date of your event.
